Silver Ribbon Award

Our youth are our future. This award is to be presented to a student who has overcome mental health challenges or has been instrumental in supporting mental health awareness. Preferably this will be a student pursuing studies in the area of social work and/or mental health.

We are grateful to all who have supported us with donations of both time and money. Donations are used for campaign/promotional costs (materials) and any extra donations are poured back into the community to young people through the Silver Ribbon Award.

2016 Silver Ribbon Award Winners

In 2016, we were pleased present the Silver Ribbon Award to two deserving students. Each student received $500.00 to pursue studies in the area of social work and/or mental health.

Congratulations to Darby Bell from Thousand Islands Secondary School and to Nick Major from Athens District High School. We wish you both all the best as you begin a new journey in life. May you be blessed and may you in turn bless others in your chosen career.
